YK Luxe Living Inc. – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by YK Luxe Living Inc. in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system.

A valid credit card may be required to secure bookings.

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept credit card and e-transfer.

For recurring clients, we may keep a secure card on file for automatic billing after each service.

2. Pricing & Estimates

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.

Final pricing may be adjusted if: The condition of the home differs from the initial description, Additional time or services are required, Deep cleaning services are required before starting recurring services if the home has buildup.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in full or partial service charges.

4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee of $75 may apply.

If keys or entry instructions are provided, YK Luxe Living Inc. is not responsible for third-party access issues.

Utilities Requirement

Clients must ensure that running water and electricity are available and fully functional at the time of service.

If utilities are unavailable upon arrival, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a cancellation or service fee may apply.

YK Luxe Living Inc. is not responsible for incomplete services due to lack of utilities.

Weather & Safe Access (Snow & Ice)

Clients are responsible for ensuring that driveways, walkways, and entrances are safely cleared of snow and ice prior to the scheduled service.

If conditions are deemed unsafe for our team to access the property, the service may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

YK Luxe Living Inc. reserves the right to refuse service if weather conditions pose a safety risk to staff.

YK Luxe Living Inc. is not liable for injuries resulting from unsafe property conditions.

β€œIf access is unsafe upon arrival, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and up to 100% of the service fee may be charged.”

5. Condition of Home

Homes must be in a condition that allows safe and effective cleaning.

Excessive clutter, biohazards, or unsafe environments may result in:

Service refusal, or Additional charges

6. Pets

Clients must inform us of any pets in the home.

Aggressive or unsecured pets must be safely contained during service.

YK Luxe Living Inc. is not responsible for pets escaping due to unsecured doors or areas.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

8. Damage & Liability

We are fully insured; however:

Pre-existing damage must be reported prior to service

Normal wear and tear is not considered damage

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours

We are not liable for: Improperly secured items, Fragile or valuable items not disclosed, Damage due to faulty installations (e.g., loose fixtures)

9. Supplies & Equipment

We provide all professional cleaning supplies and equipment.

If clients request specific products, results cannot be guaranteed.

10. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a health or safety risk.

This includes exposure to illness, hazardous materials, or unsafe environments.

11. Recurring Services

Recurring clients will be scheduled on a fixed frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

Skipped cleanings may result in: A price increase, Requirement of a deep clean before resuming

12. Service Limitations

Our standard cleaning does not include:

Mold removal, Pest removal, Heavy lifting or moving furniture, Cleaning areas requiring specialized equipment

13. Right to Refuse Service

YK Luxe Living Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

Conditions are unsafe, Policies are violated, Payment is not received
